The lion lay down under a tree to take some rest. After the lion started to snore, a mouse was enjoying seeing the lion sleeping. He slowly moved forward and started to play with the lion’s body hairs. They feel like velvet.

He was swimming in the river of hairs from here and there. He was only doing this on the body of the lion, but after some time he reached the lion’s face and began to make fun of his face.
Suddenly, the lion woke up and caught the mouse under his paws. He opened his mouth to swallow the tiny creature, but the mouse said, “O King of the Jungle!” I am a small creature. Your stomach won’t feel my weight, and it will not remove your hunger. Please pardon me this time.
The lion forgave him. After that day the mouse came to meet the lion on a daily basis. They became good friends. The lion and the mouse share stories with each other. Share jokes with each other and enjoy a lot.
One day a hunter came into the forest and spread his net in various parts of the jungle to catch the innocent animals. He went after spreading the net for animals.
The lion was going somewhere when he stepped into the net and got caught. He was feeling helpless. He tried a lot to break the net, but it was very hard. The lion couldn’t break the strong strings of the net.
He became hopeless; he thought his life was over. He was remembering his good memories with his friends and family. At night the mouse came and saw his friend was in trouble. He moved forward and asked his friend if he was ok!
The lion was happy to see his friend, the mouse, gnaw the strings of the net. The mouse cut down some part of the net, and it was enough for the lion to be free. He came out of the tent and thanked his friend.
After that day, both friends remained happy and free forever. The lion and the mouse story became famous in the jungle. They met regularly and played together.
