Aladdin And The Magic Lamp Story In English
Once, there was a small village where a low-income family lived. They were poor, but honest and patient in their lives. Their family consists of three members: a father, a mother, and a beautiful boy named Aladdin.
One day, Aladdin and his mother found his father dead in their house. They got along and were helpless, but they didn’t lose hope. They sold various products in the market to make a living.
They were living hand to mouth, as there was a small income from their sales. One day, a person asked about Aladdin in the market, and he reached their shop. He wondered about Aladdin, as he was familiar with the story of Aladdin.
Aladdin’s mother asked him about his arrival; he told them he was a businessman and wanted to offer Aladdin a stable job. “They would get rich after his work,” he tempted his mother.
Aladdin told his mother to permit him to go with the businessman. His mother was scared. “Why did he want to take only you with him?” she asked politely.
Aladdin consoled his mother and assured her he would return soon with a heavy amount of gold. She got convinced and permitted him to go with the suspicious person.
Aladdin and the businessman, according to him, rode on the horses and started their journey towards a jungle, but Aladdin didn’t know that. He thought the businessman would take him to his house and would give him heavy work.
They crossed the village and reached the bazaar. Aladdin thought that they would stop there, but they didn’t. After covering a long distance, Aladdin asked the suspicious person where he would go to do his job; he remained silent.
After crossing a market and several villages, they reached a jungle. There were numerous hills and steep paths. Aladdin felt a little bit suspicious about that person, but didn’t react.
The person was telling a lie to Aladdin’s mother. He wasn’t a businessman; he was a magician who spells the people to complete his will. He told Aladdin that he would do some magic on some things. Don’t be scared of watching my spell.
The path was steep; the mysterious man cast a spell on one rock, and suddenly, a hole appeared in the rock, revealing a steep cave. He ordered Aladdin to jump into the cave and gave him a dusty oil lamp.
Aladdin And The Magic Lamp Story
You would find gold and brass in the cave; you could take anything but bring that lamp for me. Aladdin jumped into the cave and watched; there were gold plates and jewels scattered about. Also, there were other expensive stones.
Aladdin saw these expensive metals for the first time in such an amount. He lost himself in the beauty of these metals. He took some gold jewels into his pocket and began to find the magic lamp.
He found the magic lamp over a dusty small hill. He took the old lamp and observed that it was a unique and dusty lamp. He asked himself, “Why is this lamp so important for that mysterious man?”
Aladdin told the magician that he had found the lamp. The mysterious man wanted to snatch that lamp from him. Aladdin sensed something was amiss as the magician’s behavior suddenly changed.
He became anxious and furious with Aladdin, but Aladdin didn’t listen to him. He felt that if he gave that lamp to the mysterious man, he would leave him in the cave.
The magic man was continuously asking for the lamp. Aladdin told him to pull him out first, and he would give that lamp to him, but the magic man got furious and cast a spell on the hill, and the hole closed.
Aladdin and the magic lamp remained in the cave. There were dark and scary voices in the cave. He saw the light again and rubbed it to clean its dust.
There was a giant dusty Jinie in the cave. The cave was lit up with the glowing shadow of Jinie. He asked his master for any wish; he would fulfill Aladdin’s wish.
Aladdin only wanted to get out of the cave. He ordered Jinie to take him to his house. In a glimpse, he was in front of his house; he hugged his mother and thanked Jinie for doing this favor.
Jinie told him he could ask for two more wishes, as he could fulfill three wishes of a person. One wish was used. Aladdin told his mother he would marry the princess. He would take gold jewels to the king.
Aladdin presented the king with gold jewels and told him about his wish. The king proposed, “If you would take 40 gold plates, I would marry my daughter to you.” Aladdin agreed.
Aladdin and Princess Jasmine
He went into the cave and took 40 gold plates, but the king put another condition. You must build a gold palace adjacent to the king’s palace.
Aladdin and the magic lamp did this duty in one night. He fulfilled his second wish and built the palace in one night. The very next morning, the king saw a gold palace and became happy.
The king decided to marry his daughter to Aladdin. The princess Jasmine didn’t agree to marry Aladdin. She discusses her problem with her maid. She said, “Jasmine.” I wanted to live life like yours, and Jasmine said, I wanted to live like you, free and fearless.
They hit upon an idea: they exchanged clothes on the day of the wedding. Aladdin entered the palace with gold jewels and gifts for everyone.
In this situation, one person was unhappy: the wazir named Jaffar; he was the same magician who had tricked Aladdin. He recognized Aladdin and waited until everyone else had fallen asleep.
Aladdin and the magic lamp were in the room next to the king’s room. Jaffar stole the magic lamp. He ordered Jinie to take the gold palace and the princess to a place that no one knew.
The next morning, everybody was worried about the palace and the princess. The king got furious at Aladdin. The king commanded Aladdin to find his daughter within the next three days, or he would be hanged on the third day.
On the other side, the real princess was helping an older woman sell her products in nearby villages. She was pleased with her work. Aladdin lost two days but found nothing.
The princess tried to sell perfume to Aladdin, but he didn’t buy the perfume. He was looking worried about something. Jasmin asked him about his problem, and he told her the whole story.
She told him she knew where the gold palace was. They both rode on the camels and began their journey. They reached their destination after hardship.
Aladdin And The Magic Lamp Reunion
Aladdin was still worried when the palace was. She asked the reason, and he replied that without the magic lamp, he couldn’t take the palace to the king’s city in one day. She gave a perfume that would have put the wazir to sleep for several hours.
After the wazir slept, they stole the magic lamp. Aladdin ordered the genie to take the palace and all the people in the palace next to the king’s palace. He fulfilled his wish.
The king became happy again and told Aladdin to marry his daughter after two days, but his heart was searching for the perfume-selling girl. He went into the princess’s room and watched as the perfume-selling girl spoke with the princess.
He asked, “Do you know each other?” They changed their clothes and got married, Jasmine. Jaffar was exposed in front of the whole country and deported.
Aladdin and the magic lamp chemistry was a mystery for the people. Aladdin was delighted as he found his love. Aladdin thought about the third wish and smiled.
Aladdin rubbed the magic lamp, and the giant, dusty genie appeared, saying, “Master, tell me your last wish.” Aladdin held his breath for a while and asked for his third wish.
“I want you to be free”—that was Aladdin’s last wish. Jinie couldn’t believe his ears; he asked again for his last wish, and Aladdin replied with the same answer. Jinie’s eyes filled with tears; every person who found me wished for their benefits. Nobody thinks about me.
He thanked Aladdin and disappeared, now freed from the prison where he had been held captive. The Aladdin and the magic lamp story became popular all over the world.
